This deposit is NON-Refundable! I spend a lot of time listing my pups, returning emails & phone calls so PLEASE Be sure this is the pup for you.
In return, if I, , has taken a deposit, and for some reason, is unable to deliver the contracted pup/dog whether it be that the pup became ill, discovered a life threatening issue at a vet appt, or if it died unexpectedly, you WILL be given a full refund, or you can put the deposit toward another puppy/dog of your choice.

The balance MUST be PAID IN FULL at time of pick up of pup or 72 hrs prior to shipping, which ever comes first (No shipping arrangements will be made before FULL payment is received! By way of Paypal (+ 3% to balance total), cash, or postal money order only, NO PERSONAL CHECKS!

This contract is between the seller & buyer listed below.
The seller agrees to sell to the buyer, a dog of Pomeranian breed. In sound body and good health, and free from communicable disease as far as appears to the eye.
All PET puppies must be spayed or neutered-without exception. Registration papers will not be given until vet proof of spay/neuter is received by the seller.
Breeder/show pups will have full registration rights, and the buyer will receive the AKC papers at the time of sale. In the event the AKC papers have not been received by the breeder at the time of sale, they will be mailed to the new owner as soon as they are received.
A health check by your veterinarian must be done within 48 hours after receiving the dog. Veterinary expenses are the sole responsibility of the buyer. If the dog is not taken to the buyers vet within the 48 hours, unless otherwise agreed to by both parties, the above contract is null and void.
Health guarantees are as follow:
Above mentioned pup/dog comes with a 48hr. warranty against distemper, hepatitis, adenovirus2, corona and parvovirus.
Said pup/dog also comes with a 1 year guarantee against an life threatening genetic defects.
If the dog is returned due to a life threatening genetic defect in the 1 year a replacement dog of equal value will be given as a replacement. Vet proof of the defect must be presented to seller. If the buyer elects to keep the dog with a warranted defect-than the seller will credit the buyer the amount paid for this dog. No vet bills will ever be paid by the seller, for either option! No other warranty either express or implied exists between the buyer and seller of this dog. PLEASE keep in mind that: Retained testicles, umbilical hernias, luxating patellas, internal & external parasites, and low grade heart murmurs are not covered as a Life Threatening Condition. Hypoglycemia is not covered at all, NO EXCEPTIONS!
Shipping within the USA is $275.00. Buyer is responsible for the cost of shipping, which includes the fees associated with the vet check, shipping crate and actual shipping costs. Seller is not responsible for the dog once it is in the airlines hands. A health certificate is provided at time of shipping and seller can not be held liable for anything that happened to the dog during shipping.
This contract is agreed upon by both parties and is not subject to change for any reason.
Deposits are non-refundable.
Buyer agrees not to place this animal in a shelter for any reason. In the event the buyer is unable to keep the animal it will be returned to the seller at the buyers expense. Full ownership transfer back to the seller-and AKC papers must be transferred to seller. The seller will then attempt to sell the dog and convey the amount of the sale to buyer-minus vet expenses and boarding expenses of $5.00 per day. Transportation costs for the return of dog to seller are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
